Constructed with an outer layer of black PVC and an inner layer of silver nylon fabric, this jacket features a layer of foam insulation between the two, ensuring a tight fit with a Velcro strap for maximum efficiency.

PVC pipe (not included) can be woven into mesh pockets, through which chilled water is re-circulated.
