EcoClenze Line Cleaning Powder – 500g is a powdered cleaner formulated for cleaning draught beer and beverage lines in pubs, bars, breweries and other drinks dispense systems.

Formulated using buffers and mild alkalis, EcoClenze is suitable for use with compatible stainless steel, aluminium and plastic components commonly found within beverage dispense equipment.

The powder dissolves in water to produce a cleaning solution suitable for routine line cleaning or longer soaking applications.

Mixing & Cleaning Instructions

For a standard cleaning solution:

Mix 500g of EcoClenze powder with 50 litres of water.

This provides a mixing ratio of approximately 10g of powder per litre of water.

Allow the cleaning solution to remain in contact with the lines for at least 20 minutes.

For more thorough cleaning, a longer contact time can be used according to the manufacturer's instructions, including extended soaking where appropriate.

Longer Soaking

For deeper cleaning applications, the prepared solution can be left in compatible lines and equipment for a longer period.

The original manufacturer guidance allows for extended contact times of 2 hours or overnight, with some applications allowing up to 24 hours.

Always follow the current manufacturer's instructions for the required concentration and contact time.

Rinse Thoroughly After Cleaning

After using EcoClenze, the complete dispense system should be thoroughly flushed with clean water before reconnecting the product and returning the system to service.

Do not dispense drinks until all cleaning solution has been completely removed from the system.
