1/2" Clear Pipe for Beer & Soft Drinks Installations

This 1/2" clear beer and soft drinks pipe is brewery-grade MDP tubing for carrying pressurised drinks in compatible dispense systems. Commonly used in older beer installations, real ale systems and soft drinks equipment, it is supplied as a 50 metre roll for new pipework, repairs and replacement lines.

The tube has a 1/2" outside diameter (12.7mm) and a 3/8" internal diameter (approximately 9.5mm). It is designed for compatible 1/2" cartridge push-fit fittings, including suitable John Guest and DMfit connectors.

Its natural, semi-transparent finish allows visual inspection of the product within the line.

Beer, Real Ale & Soft Drinks Pipework

This 1/2" drinks dispense tube is suitable for transporting product through compatible beer, real ale and soft drinks systems. It is a practical choice when replacing existing imperial-sized pipework or connecting equipment designed for 1/2" OD tube.

Check the size of the existing pipe and fittings before ordering, particularly where an installation contains a mixture of metric and imperial connections.

Compatible with 1/2" Push-Fit Fittings

Use with 1/2" cartridge push-fit fittings specified for this tubing, including suitable connectors from John Guest and DMfit.

The fitting size relates to the outside diameter of the tube, not its internal bore. This pipe requires 1/2" fittings; it is not interchangeable with 12mm or 15mm tube.

Cut the tube cleanly and squarely, then fully insert it into the fitting according to the fitting manufacturer’s instructions.
