This Aston Cylinder Replacement Seal Kit contains replacement sealing components for servicing compatible Aston cask ale beer engine cylinders. It is intended for replacing worn or damaged seals to help maintain correct cylinder operation.

This seal kit is suitable for Aston cylinders only.

Important Compatibility Information

This kit is not suitable for:

• Older-style stainless-steel cylinders
• Pint365 cylinders
• Cylinders from other beer engine ranges

Pint365 cylinders require the appropriate Pint365 bucket assembly rather than this seal kit.

Check the type and age of your existing cylinder before ordering. If you are unsure whether your cylinder is compatible, please contact us with a photograph of the unit.

Servicing Your Aston Cylinder

Cylinder seals are wear components and may need replacement if the beer engine develops leakage, reduced suction or inconsistent operation.

Drain and isolate the beer engine before dismantling the cylinder. Installation should be carried out by someone familiar with cask ale handpull maintenance, following the manufacturer’s servicing instructions.
