The Sankey S & D Type Cleaning Socket is a wall mounted beer line cleaning fitting designed for use with compatible S-Type and D-Type Sankey keg couplers.

Installed as part of a professional beer line cleaning system, the socket allows the keg coupler to be disconnected from the keg and connected directly to the cleaning circuit, allowing cleaning solution to pass through the draught beer line and associated dispense equipment.

Featuring 3/8" push-fit side connections and a durable 30% glass-reinforced nylon body, this cleaning socket is designed for regular use in pubs, bars, breweries and professional cellar installations.

Unlike S-Type-only cleaning sockets, this model is designed to accept compatible S-Type and D-Type Sankey keg couplers.

This makes it particularly useful for professional cellar installations where both Sankey coupler types are used.

3/8" Push-Fit Side Connections

The cleaning socket features 3/8" push-fit connections positioned at the sides, allowing it to be incorporated into compatible beer line cleaning pipework.

Standard 3/8" drinks dispense tubing can be connected without requiring separate threaded adaptors.

Glass-Reinforced Nylon Construction

The body is manufactured from 30% glass-reinforced nylon, providing a strong and durable construction for professional cleaning applications.

The material is designed to withstand regular use within beer line cleaning installations and offers good resistance to compatible cleaning chemicals when used correctly.

Wall Mounted Design

Three mounting holes allow the socket to be securely installed onto a suitable wall, cleaning board or other fixed surface.

Sealing Component

The socket incorporates a thermoplastic elastomer seal containing an antimicrobial additive.

The antimicrobial additive is incorporated into the seal material; normal beer line cleaning and hygiene procedures must still be followed.

How It Works

During beer line cleaning:

1. Disconnect the compatible S-Type or D-Type keg coupler from the keg.
2. Connect the keg coupler to the wall mounted cleaning socket.
3. Operate the cleaning system according to the site's normal procedure.
4. Pass the correctly diluted cleaning solution through the product line and associated dispense equipment.
5. Thoroughly rinse the complete system with clean water before reconnecting the keg.

Always follow the cleaning chemical manufacturer's instructions regarding dilution, contact time, rinsing and safe handling.
