The DMfit 3/8″ Push-Fit to 1/2″ Hose Stem Adaptor is designed to connect 3/8″ OD rigid pipe to compatible 1/2″ ID flexible hose. It provides a simple transition between push-fit pipework and flexible hose in draught beer, beverage, water and other compatible fluid systems.

One end features a 3/8″ push-fit connection for rigid tubing, while the opposite end has a 1/2″ barbed hose stem, also commonly referred to as a hose tail.

Installation

Cut the 3/8″ OD pipe cleanly and square before pushing it fully into the push-fit connection.

Push compatible 1/2″ ID flexible hose fully over the barbed hose stem. The hose should be secured using a suitable hose clip where required for the particular hose, pressure and application.

Always check that the fitting, pipe, hose and securing method are suitable for the intended fluid, operating pressure and temperature.
