Insulated Upright Keg Cooling Jacket

This upright keg cooling jacket combines foam insulation with integrated pipework for connection to a chilled-water recirculation system. It is designed for 50 litre / 11 gallon kegs and can also be used with 9 gallon casks stored upright.

Suitable for beer festivals, mobile bars, outdoor events and dispensing directly on the bar, it provides a way to cool beer where cellar cooling is unavailable.

Keg and Cask Compatibility

Although designed as a keg jacket, its upright fitting also allows it to insulate and cool a compatible vertical cask.

Insulation and Integrated Cooling Pipework

• Black PVC outer layer: Covers the jacket’s insulated construction.
• Silver nylon lining: Forms the inner layer around the barrel.
• Foam insulation: Helps reduce heat gain.
• Integrated cooling pipework: Held in net pockets to circulate chilled water around the keg or cask.
• Velcro fastening strap: Holds the jacket snugly against the barrel to maintain contact with the cooling pipework.
• 3/8" John Guest male fittings: Connect to compatible 3/8" JG female fittings.

Connect the jacket’s pipework to a suitable chilled-water recirculation system to provide active cooling.
