Adjustable Sparkler for Cask Ale Handpulls

The Adjustable Cask Ale Sparkler allows you to adjust the agitation of beer as it leaves a compatible beer engine or handpull spout. A simple turn changes the position of its internal cone, helping you fine-tune the pour and head formation to suit the ale being served.

How the Adjustable Sparkler Works

Inside the sparkler, a cone points towards the end of the dispense spout, directly in the path of the flowing beer.

Tightening the sparkler moves the cone further into the spout, reducing the space available for beer to pass through. Loosening it increases that space, allowing you to adjust the restriction during dispense.

When fully tightened, the cone can stop the flow completely. Adjust in small increments to find a suitable pouring setting rather than leaving it fully closed.

The variable adjustment provides flexibility when serving different cask ales or responding to changes in beer condition. Head formation will depend on the beer, its temperature and the complete dispense setup.
