15mm Push-Fit Y-Piece for Beer Python, Cooling & Water Systems

The DMfit 15mm Equal Divider Y-Piece is a three-way push-fit connector designed to split one 15mm pipe into two 15mm branches. It can also be used to bring two compatible lines together into a single 15mm pipe run.

With three equal 15mm push-fit connections, this divider is particularly useful for beer python cooling systems, chilled water and glycol circulation, as well as other compatible beverage and water installations.

Supplied as a pack of 10 DMfit 15mm Y-piece connectors.

Unlike a conventional equal tee, the 15mm divider uses two angled branches to create a Y-shaped connection.

Compatible 15mm OD pipe pushes directly into each connection, providing a compact way to create a branch without compression fittings, hose tails or clips.

The push-fit connections are demountable, allowing the fitting to be removed or repositioned during servicing or alterations.

15mm Y-Piece vs 15mm Equal Tee

Both fittings can be used to divide a 15mm pipe run, but their shape is different.

A 15mm Y-piece divides the pipe into two angled branches, whereas a 15mm equal tee creates a conventional 90-degree T-shaped branch. The appropriate fitting will depend on the pipe layout, available space and system design.

Installation

Cut the 15mm OD pipe cleanly and square before pushing it fully into each connection.

For removal, depress the fitting collet and withdraw the pipe. Always check that the pipe, fitting, operating pressure, temperature and circulating fluid are compatible with the intended installation.
