1/2″ Push-Fit to 1/2″ Hose Tail for Drinks Dispense Systems

The DMfit ATBC0707 1/2″ Tube Barb Connector is designed to connect 1/2″ OD rigid pipe to compatible 1/2″ ID flexible hose. It provides a direct transition between push-fit pipework and flexible hose in draught beer, beverage, water and other compatible fluid systems.

One end features a 1/2″ push-fit connection, while the opposite end has a 1/2″ barbed hose stem, also commonly referred to as a hose tail.

DMfit 1/2″ Tube Barb Connector

The ATBC0707 combines a push-fit pipe connection and barbed hose connection in a single fitting.

The 1/2″ push-fit socket accepts compatible 1/2″ OD rigid tubing, while the 1/2″ hose barb is designed to fit inside compatible 1/2″ ID flexible hose.

Installation

Cut the 1/2″ OD pipe cleanly and square before pushing it fully into the push-fit side of the connector.

Push compatible 1/2″ ID flexible hose fully over the barbed stem and secure with a suitable hose clip where required for the application.

Always check that the fitting, pipe, hose and securing method are suitable for the intended fluid, pressure and operating temperature.
